Observations
NB: The following refer to the "Draw 3 cards, 3 times around deck" results:
-
Playing more games than 10,000 did not appreciably alter the results for any given set of logic priority
-
No Aces appeared at all in about 1 in 25 games
-
In about 1 in 241 games all black or all red cards were dealt (from a trial with 100,000,000 deals). The probability calculation confirms this as correct (see discussion).
-
There was no move on the deal for roughly 1 in 17 games
-
No moves at all were possible during the entire game in 1 in 386 games (from the 1,000,000 game trial)
-
If you wish to improve the odds of winning any single game, just keep re-dealing until a few aces are uncovered. The more Aces you have showing on the deal, the more likely you are to go all out. Here are the numbers for trials of 10,000 games played:
Aces Showing on the Deal | All cards to the Ace Pile |
0 | 7.2%, or 1 in 13.8 games |
1 | 9.5%, or 1 in 10.5 games |
2 | 12.72%, or 1 in 7.9 games |
3 | 16.3%, or 1 in 6.1 games |
4 | 21.6%, or 1 in 4.6 games |
